Industrial Epoxy Flooring Adelaide

Durable epoxy flooring built to withstand Adelaide’s toughest industrial environments.

Hard-wearing floors that mean business.

From factories to warehouses, workshops to plant rooms—industrial spaces don’t have time for soft, flaky coatings that fail after a few years.

At Surface Rescue, we install high-performance industrial epoxy flooring systems that are built for serious use. Heavy traffic, forklifts, chemicals, constant footfall—no problem. Our process delivers a seamless, chemical-resistant finish that protects your slab and keeps your operation moving.

This isn’t off-the-shelf product from a paint shop—we use proven commercial-grade systems tailored to your site conditions and use case.

Our Process – Industrial Projects

Site assessment

We meet onsite, assess slab condition, usage, chemicals, and traffic—then recommend a system that actually fits.

Grind & prep

We mechanically grind and/or shot blast to remove contaminants and open the slab for maximum bond.

Repairs & detailing

Cracks, surface damage, and joints are repaired or detailed as needed.

Moisture barrier (if needed)

We apply specialist primer systems if your slab is damp or subject to hydrostatic pressure.

Epoxy or hybrid coating system applied

Depending on your selected system, we apply epoxy resin, build layers, and broadcast sand if required.

Topcoat

High-performance gloss or satin topcoats applied for chemical resistance, slip rating, or UV durability.

Return to service

Traffic-ready timing varies based on system—usually 48–72 hours for full cure.
