Adelaide’s trusted choice for tough, stylish, and low-maintenance commercial epoxy flooring built to last.
Whether you run a retail store, workshop, or high-traffic commercial space, your floors need to do more than just look good—they need to last.
At Surface Rescue, we offer two commercial-grade epoxy flooring systems to suit how you actually use your space—whether you’re after a decorative, client-facing finish or a high-performance, no-fuss floor for hard-working zones.
This decorative flake finish delivers grip, durability, and visual appeal—perfect for spaces where first impressions matter. It's our fastest system, ready to go the next day.
Ideal for back-of-house areas, storage, and workshops—this solid-colour system delivers strength, chemical resistance, and a clean, no-nonsense finish.
We mechanically grind and/or shot blast the surface to remove contaminants and open the pores for maximum adhesion.
We fill cracks, chips, and divots to ensure a flat, smooth substrate.
We install a moisture barrier if required, then lay down the appropriate base coat for the selected system.
- For flake: full flake broadcast across the entire surface
- For single-colour: two coats of epoxy resin with optional anti-slip sand broadcast between layers
- Full Flake System: UV-stable polyaspartic gloss topcoat for long-term protection and shine
- Single-Colour System: The second coat of epoxy resin acts as the finished surface—tough, clean, and functional
Need custom branding or colour matching? We can help with that too.
Two systems. One goal: better-looking, longer-lasting floors. Surface Rescue installs commercial epoxy flooring that stands up to real-world use—with no fluff and no surprises.
It depends on the system and how it’s being used.
Every floor we do is mechanically ground and shot-blasted to give the coating the best chance to bond. Prep like this is the difference between a floor that lasts and one that fails.
It’s also worth noting — most epoxy floor issues show up early. If there’s a defect in the materials or workmanship, you’ll usually know within weeks or months — not in year seven. We don’t play games with marketing-based warranties. Our approach is: give you a clear system, do the prep right, and stand behind it honestly.
Very — if they’re done properly.
When you combine the right prep, quality materials, and a solid install, epoxy floors are incredibly durable and built to handle the demands of commercial spaces.
There are a few systems we use depending on what your environment needs:
We’ll help you pick the right system for the space — no guessing, no overkill, just what works for your situation.
It can — but it doesn’t have to.
Epoxy floors can be installed with different levels of slip resistance, depending on how the space is used.
If the area is likely to get wet or deal with spills (think food prep areas, entryways, or wash bays), we’ll recommend a finish that meets the correct slip rating for your environment.
For dry indoor spaces like offices, showrooms or storage areas, a smoother finish is often preferred — it’s easier to clean and gives you more flexibility with maintenance.
Bottom line — we’ll match the grip level to how the space is used, so it’s safe and functional.
It depends on a few key things:
We’ll give you clear timeframes before we start — so you know exactly when you can use the space again.
